JOB DESCRIPTION
Carefully investigates all complaints. Have current State of Wyoming law Enforcement standards with a clean background. Respond to calls in a safe manner. Provide patrol of assigned areas. Prevent the commission of crimes by using lawful means. Resolve conflicts. Assist citizens. Provide Rescue Services/First Aid when appropriate. Be familiar with the county, local neighborhood and local business. Remain current on all local and state laws.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- be a U.S. citizen
- be at least 21 years of age
- possess a High School diploma or GED
- possess a valid driver's license
SELECTION PROCESS
- written entrance exam
- oral interview
- drug screening test
- background investigation
- medical examination
- psychological test
