Lateral / Academy Graduates / Academy Students
Patrol works a 3/12 schedule. Sausalito is a vibrant and unique community hosting many special events. The city is located at the northern end of the Golden Gate Bridge off Hwy 101. In addition to standard policing duties, the Marinas, Downtown Tourism, Traffic, and Community involvement are some of the policing missions and challenges. Continuous filing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- be a U.S. citizen
- possess a valid driver's license
- be at least 21 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED

$5314 - $6460 monthly base pay (5% increase 7-1-08). Excellent benefit package: PERS 3% @ 55, plus tuition reimbursement, uniform allowance, gym membership, holiday pay, longevity pay, and education/POST certificate pay incentives. Full cafeteria plan health benefits.
